Very disappointed with this necklace. Brought it to go with dog tag id necklace and it didn’t fit. So I get the hole made bigger on the id tag. My son wears it for 3 days and the necklace breaks. So much for being a strong stainless necklace that you can wear 24/7 . He only wore it at school and took it off when he got home. Wouldn’t recommend for children. They maybe ok for adults.

Hi Jo, as we explained in our emails, the tag you purchased was not a necklace pendant and not meant to put on a necklace chain. That is why it is not in our necklace section, but under our accessories area. Although we let you keep the chain we also gave you a FULL REFUND on the necklace, to assist you.
We don’t normally have any issues with the strength of the necklaces but appreciate your feedback. It is very rare to receive negative feedback so your feedback is taken very seriously.
