Engraving Information:
- We COPY & PASTE – so it is just as you request.
- Some people have their name engraved, many don’t – as your name is normally available on your driver’s licence, credit cards etc.
- The more engraving you enter the SMALLER the text. If you don’t fill all spaces and lines that is GREAT, as we will make your wording LARGER.
- We recommend that the most life-threatening and urgent medical alerts are given priority.
- When space allows we recommend engraving at least one (1) In Case of Emergency (I.C.E) phone number. Eg. Mum 03 6381 1223

Love my new hearts and kisses bracelet, I bought this as my going out bracelet should I want a change from my everyday bracelet. I also purchased a new chain for my everyday bracelet (original chain is still perfect but I decided I wanted something finer). I also purchased some clip on charms to identify new health issues not on my original bracelet. I have always found the customer service to be fantastic but this time, It was exceptional. I received 2 charms with a note that when engraved, Lesley felt the lettering was a little small so she redid another one with abbreviated letters and sent both so I could make the decision. so disappointed! I ordered my bracelet in March and after a mixup in the engraving finally received it in June. I loved the look and kept this one for “good” but only wore it about 5 times before it broke (and I was only walking, no hard activity). It’s not worth repairing as I just won’t have faith in it saving me now. I gave 2 stars because it looks so nice, but not for the medical safety I had hoped it would provide.

Hi Lee, I have spoken with our team and reviewed all the correspondence regarding your order. It appears that when you ordered in March they made a slight engraving error on the last bracelet in stock in your size. You were given the option to wait for the same style or choose another style to have immediately. You chose to wait. They then sent this to you to wear until the new stock arrived. So you had 2 bracelets sent to you, paying for 1. The long wait was because you opted to wait for the stock to come in rather than have another style immediately. It is very unusual that the bracelet broke, perhaps it had a faulty pin. I do not know as we have not known about it until now. It is covered under our 12-month warranty so if you would like a replacement of this style or a different style please send it back to us so we can do this for you. Do you also still have the other bracelet you could wear in the meantime? Either way, we look forward to assisting you to rectify this issue. I collapsed from anaphylaxis the other day. The doctor asked why didn’t I have a bracelet on.
