I have your USB device and used it, for the first time, yesterday when I required urgent medical attention from the Emergency Department of the Canberra Hospital. I have a long and complex medical history which, at the best of times, is difficult to recall with accuracy. Under the stressful circumstance of a medical emergency it was wonderful to be able to hand the staff my USB and be confident the doctors had all the background information they may need in order to assess my condition.

None of the staff were familiar with your device. On returning it to me after copying all the relevant information, my doctor's comment was "That is excellent. Make sure you don't lose it."

Until I was faced with needing urgent medical attention I had not fully appreciated the value of the USB. Having all my information a mouse click away meant we didn't have to worry that any treatment I received might be contraindicated by my other health issues. It is impossible to describe what a relief it was to not have to worry that I may have overlook any vital information.
