Experience in the Emergency Services and through receiving many Emergency calls through our 24hr emergency line has shown us that it is simply not enough to JUST have basic information engraved - more detailed information is needed and often the most sort after information is who needs to be called in an Emergency or medical incident and all their contact details so they can be called and be with the patient.

	Independent Living Centres Australia The Independent Living Centres Australia (ILCA) is a collective organisation with members in each Australian states and the ACT. The ILCA’s role is to advance a federal agenda on issues and needs at a national level. The ILCA also provides information and advice to government and policymakers and raises awareness of the role assistive technology plays in maintaining health and wellbeing in the Australian community.
	Young Carers in Australia Young carers are people under the age of 26 who provide care in a family affected by illness, disability, mental health and/or drug or alcohol issues of one or more family members or friends. In Australia there are approximately 380,000 young carers under the age of 26 and of these it is estimated that 170,600 are under the age of 18.
