FREE Additional Engraving

Engraving: All membership items will be engraved with your membership number. We also recommend you complete the box below to have items engraved with vital information that emergency services may need to know immediately, bearing in mind other full details will be passed onto them when they call our 24 hour number. Engrave the word/s that best reflect your condition. Some common words engraved are: Diabetic / Pace Maker / Epilepsy / Anaphylaxis / M Dystrophy / Warfarin etc etc.

Please enter your FREE engraving on all membership items: Maximum 15 letters due to restricted space on the rear of jewellery items. Example: T1 Diabetes.

NOTE: If you need extra engraving some styles have extra space. Call or email us at the end of the ordering process to see if we can add additional information.
