You do NOT need to become a member if you are purchasing either the Children's Wrist Bands or the Sports Safety ID or any of our non-membership or non-jewellery items as these can hold detailed information you have written yourself - you do not need access to our 24 hr emergency line to relay further detailed information.

Membership is only required on our Jewellery/engraved range, as these items have limited space and are individually engraved with your membership number and chosen wording (eg. if you have a medical condition you may wish for that to be engraved on each item). The rest of your information is passed onto Medical/Emergency Personnel by them quoting your engraved membership number.

For all of our Jewellery/Engraved range membership is FREE for the first year (when ordering online) then $20.00 incl GST per year thereafter.

Our 1300 number is contactable 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. In an emergency or a time of need, minutes count. We act professionally and fast, with your interests and safety as our main priority.

If you are unconscious, injured or too confused to relay accurate detailed information, we do it for you.

Emergency personnel and medical staff are trained to look for medical jewellery. Then all that is required is for them to call our 1300 number, quoting your specially engraved membership number. After verification, Emergency ID Australia will provide them with all the necessary information.
