COST: Membership is FREE for the first year for all NEW customers who have not purchased membership previously. Then it is just $20 for 1 year, $75 for 5 years or $125 for a lifetime.

Purchasing is easy:
1. Become a member by completing our membership form either online or through our brochure.
2. Select your products.
3. Complete payment. We will send your registered post package within 2 business days of receiving payment.

All Memberships include:

  • 24hr Emergency line for Medical & Emergency Personnel, where our professional trained staff relay your vital information under our strict emergency protocol procedures.
  • Secure website access, enabling you to view and update your own information as often as you like, so YOU can be in charge! Or,
  • Phone access to our award winning customer service team who can update your information for you as often as you like at NO charge.
  • Yearly reminder to ensure your information stored is accurate and up to date.
  • FREE custom engraving on all our genuine Emergency ID jewellery.
  • FREE Members Emergency ID Card.

Experience in the Emergency Services has shown us that it is simply not enough to JUST have a medical condition engraved on your medical ID jewellery. Medical and Emergency Personnel need more detailed information to help them determine: who you are, what your medical history is, if you have any allergies or if you are taking certain medications that could effect your treatment and importantly who you would like contacted. All this important information is needed, yet all of it cannot possibly fit on any medical alert ID jewellery - this is why all our items are pre engraved with our 24 hr Emergency Line information, as well as your custom engraving as a good immediate and urgent reference.

24hr Emergency Line Operation:
Our 24hr line is operated in NSW Australia and can be called from anywhere. Medical and Emergency Personnel call our 24 hr line, they advise who they are, their position and where they are calling from, after verification we then relay the detailed information you want passed on. The very small membership cost assists in operating this professional 24 hr service for you. Our 24hr Emergency lined is answered by professionals with backgrounds in the NSW Police, Fire & Rescue NSW and Medical Professional services, all are fully trained and follow strict Emergency Protocol Procedures.

Remember we pass on as LITTLE or as MUCH information as YOU wish. You have the peace of mind knowing that you won't be left alone when needed the most. You can even view, manager and update your own information - with Emergency ID, YOU are in charge! .
