"I would like to commend you for a fantastic product. I have your USB device and used it, for the first time, yesterday when I required urgent medical attention from the Emergency Department of the Canberra Hospital. I have a long and complex medical history which, at the best of times, is difficult to recall with accuracy. Under the stressful circumstance of a medical emergency it was wonderful to be able to hand the staff my USB and be confident the doctors had all the background information they may need in order to assess my condition.
"Just last month a health professional needed Gary's history and Gary produced the USB ID and the gentleman thought it was fantastic, even though Gary could have given him the information there was a danger that he could have left something out. As his wife and carer I am sure that if we have to give information in a more dangerous situation and I am not holding together, just handing over the device to ambulance people is a worry that I wont have.
